Educational program has been organized especially for large construction organization managers. Thanks for coacher experience all representatives developed such skills as “active sales” and “successful negotiations”. Well-coordinated team also got big motivation for future work.
In Moscow there has been held a regular corporate business of the training company LiCO for employees of a large construction organization. Short-term training course on topic "Successful negotiation and collaboration with customers" continued the massive program of education. The second group of participants has been met in a Moscow conference room for training. The three-day business training promoted developing of such skills as "active sales" and "negotiating." A well-coordinated team work acted as a good motivation for further productive work of employee.
