Long-term training program as part of the project “the Business Academy” 2012 – 2013 Business training

Employees of a large engineering and distribution company have completed the second stage of their training program run as part of a long-term project "Business Academy", opened in 2012. Business training topic: ‘Difficult negotiations in active sales’.

First day of training was dedicated to the necessary material review, since new sales managers joined the team.

The second and third days have been the most practical. Since there were no problems with exercises and negotiations recording, due to the technique each participant got the opportunity to examine all the difficult negotiations in detail.

In between practices, considerable time was given to test negotiations platform preparation level and its adaptation to a specific client, city and type of sale.

This method of training has suited the taste of the participants and the company’s executives, who also participated in part of practice exercises during the training sessions.

Analysis of the part of video after the practice has allowed to learn material and skills deeper to many sales managers.

The final exercise was conducted by trainees on a completely different, higher level. This was noted by the participants as well as by top managers and coaches.

Corporate business training was held in Moscow for three teams in the conference rooms of the hotel Izmailovo.

 Outcomes:

As a result of 3 days short-term business course, the motivation and training level of corporate sales employees has greatly increased.

The third stage of the Business Academy training program will be held in Kazan in mid-February. Further, it is planned to conduct business trainings in Yekaterinburg.
