In Samara was corporate business training for sales managers of a large company specializing in window systems.

Corporate training for "sales bosses" or as we would say, sales directors of the company was held by the LiCO trainer, Oleg Shcheglov. Training topic: "Effective Sales Management and Achieving Results."

Due to two-days course, the company managers gained new knowledge and
systematize old one. They formed a sales system and mastered a range of tools necessary for efficient work of sales team, developed a mechanism of non-financial incentives for sales managers.
