Distant learning as addition to business training

Distance learning instead of business training and business seminars of difficult negotiations, or in addition?

A distant educational course has been conducted for managers of a large engineering company. E-training has been prepared especially facing a full-time three-day training program for sales managers b2b from Moscow, St. Petersburg and Tver. Thank to the online corporate training, the participants systematized old knowledge and got new information, got prepared for further immersion in the subject Managing Complex Negotiations. Sales training can be extremely effective only when the trainer spends for theory no more than 30% of the time. This can be achieved by a special distant learning course which be held before the main full-time business training.
